I would not recommend this Ultrasound Clinic. We were met with a rude lady, I believe her name was Jane, she was very abrupt with my partner and made us feel uncomfortable before we even entered the room. From that point on it was a very hostile environment and made me feel very uneasy at a very anxious point going into my first ever early scan. Another lady called Jayne did our scan and during the examination, nothing was explained to myself or my partner and we were not warned at the start that there may be periods of silence, (which I now know is common practice after being seen at EPAU, where they went above and beyond for me) instead we had to prompt to ask what was going on. Unfortunately, for us it was not good news and the sonographer was not sympathetic to us at all, I believe all people should have a basic level of human decency and they had none, which is extremely disappointing especially when you work within this field. I will never use this clinic again.

Jane and co were wonderful very reassuring and kind to send us videos of baby moving! Thanks so much it makes such a difference when you have been through so much heartache to get some lovely people to reassure you!

Really bad experience. Greeted by a really rude receptionist who spoke to you like a school teacher. So arrogant and complete lack of empathy by the both the nurse and receptionist after the scan. Awful provider and wont be using again. Do not use them! Terrible!

After suffering a miscarriage in the past, I really wanted a private scan with this pregnancy for reassurance. The sonographer was so sensitive and understanding of my anxiety and really gentle, talking me through everything and waiting to turn the screen on until she had found a clear image of the baby. A very positive experience.

Really bad experience and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone after being seen by Jayne and Jane. They were insensitive and seemed annoyed at any questions I tried to ask. When I asked if they could move the probe as it was hurting me and I couldn't see anything, Jane said, "Well that's not going to change the result, is it?"

Thank you so so much! We had such an amazing experience, saw our little girl and got some incredible pictures and videos to keep forever. Jane and the receptionist (I’m so sorry I didn’t get the name), were the loveliest and kindest people I’ve met - they made me feel so at lease and was just genuinely so kind throughout. Such an incredible experience and just thank you so much!
