Outstanding customer service. I have limited mobility, the staff always come to the door and help me if I'm on my scooter. They are always friendly, polite, courteous and professional. They are well stocked and I've never had a single problem getting any prescriptions.
If there has ever been an issue from the Dr's end, they act immediately and get the issue resolved.
I have multiple, complicated health conditions but the one thing I never have to worry about is my trip to the pharmacy as I know they will have what I need and always ask how im doing, if there's anything more I need help with and always do so in a warm manner.
I've used other pharmacies/ delivery services but this pharmacy has always been a league above the others.

Pretty weird experience. I had my covid booster here and was meant to have flu at the same time though they had ran out...this was about a month ago. I rescheduled my appt to this morning. Naturally I turned up to the pharmacy as thats where i'd been before and where i was meant to get the flu jab originally and indeed the nice assistant confirmed they were doing vaccines today. The gentlemen who I presumed was the pharmacist then started, rather tersely asking me for my private details so he could identify me....not discretely, just shouting them out loudly in the middle of the pharmacy......this is a data thief's paradise. After all this he then said they don't do vaccinations in here and I had to go next door.

So they totally made up they were operating, then took my details then told me to get out. Weird place and never have I felt so poorly treated - I worry for the vulnerable who have to go in here. Can't remember a smile or anything positive to highlight. I do remember it was very untidy and not very clean.

Nice enough staff but very poor organisation and communication. I routinely phone to check my prescriptions are ready to collect, this routinely takes 5-10 minutes to deal with, they routinely assure me the prescriptions are ready, and yet I routinely have to wait for 14-30 minutes because of a problem. In addition, I'm often given an IOU and have to go back. Naturally, in my time. Despite phoning, visiting and waiting to collect already.

Please Lloyds, sort yourselves out. And don't tell me again - when I believe I deal with these recurring problems calmly - that I could always choose another chemist!
