After calling 111 we were sent here with our infant. A little waiting time, but it's understandable. Staff were lovely, caring, and very professional. The GP that saw us was amazing, understanding, and really listened to us. We left very happy and much calmer than we entered.
Without this service I'm not sure what our options would have been for a non emergency prescription - thank you for providing it!

Reception staff, very rude. In fact hung up the phone on me and when coming into the surgery the following week, was rude again, refusing to give her name and also discussing and ranting about other patients as I stood in the queue, waiting to check in. Six months of migraines and vertigo and trying to be referred to ENT multiple visits to a&e- I honestly feel like it was a shambles but hey, I’ve been referred now after waiting months and 2 failed attempts it is what it is. If you could listen to the phone calls of me, crying hysterically in pain over the course of two days on two separate phone calls, and how SAM responded with “and” and attitude like “what do you want if you don’t want an appointment?” I am sure you will understand how diabolical, the service is. Having worked in the NHS over 13 years I would never recommend this place there are far more professional and empathetic members of staff on front desk, I’m infact looking for a new GP now! Practice manager was more bothered about me deleting a photo of the receptionist who was rude to me even though she refused to give her name on the phone and in person than actually dealing with her behaviour.

Not overall impressed with the service incredibly long wait times for a call back for a very young child called 111 at 11.10pm was told to wait for a call back from nems within the hour, phone call never came until after 5am! I get the service is busy but still don’t feel they are good waiting times. The whole NHS system is just sadly not functioning properly and as a result people are not always receiving the service/treatment they should. It’s a shame.

Absolutely shocking !
My husband has been in pain with his chest and got sent here by 111 after waiting all day for an appointment - they finally booked one and my husband has had to come home after waiting 3 hours in pain even though it’s an appointment. On top of that cost of living ! People aren’t made out of money for petrol and taxis

Absolute shambles. Sat on a red route so you stop anywhere to see where you need to go you get an instant fine. Once you have dropped someone off you cannot return for 20 minutes. No sign posting at all till you randomly find it as the postcode they give you is miles away. Don't bother having a 4am appointment time as you will still be waiting an hour in a dead room.

After ringing 111 just after 7pm I had a clinician ring me back about an hour later who made an appointment for me to come here at 10pm. There was no one waiting and I was seen quickly by a lovely nurse who took my blood pressure etc and then by a doctor who was really nice and gave me the time I needed. Excellent service that I didn't know existed.
