I was incredibly poorly with a viral infection and they went above and beyond to look after me. Everyone did their best to make sure I received all the treatment I needed. Clean rooms, good catering service asking frequently if I wanted refreshments, compassionate and competent nurses.

I was admitted after a fall which resulted in a broken hip joint. It was quite amazing how quickly I was treated. The doctors, nurses and ancillary staff were exceptional in their care and consideration. The nurses were outstanding. I can’t thank you all enough for the care that you gave me.

Despite the long wait (which is to be expected) the overall experience was positive. I was treated with care, sympathy and competence, and staff were clearly doing their best. Many of those who leave negative feedback probably don't realise, or give consideration to, the challenges which are faced by staff. It is not their fault that they are vastly under-funded and under-staffed.

All the doctors were so lovely , kind and caring definitely took great care of me . Was in hospital for 22 hours and they did CT scan, blood test, put me on drips, gave me migraine meds, anti sickness meds and ibuprofen. I also had 2 small bowls of soup it was delicious! Thank you so much for being so understanding and caring about me

The kids A&E are amazing with our special little boy. I think they have all met him now! Every nurse, consultant has always taken their time to not only understand his background, but listen to me as the parent. Brilliant team there

Many thanks to all the staff on ward 3 for the care my husband received when he was recently diagnosed with pneumonia. We were kept informed about his condition throughout his treatment and feel fortunate to have received such excellent service.
