My father moved into Hartford Court in September 2016. The home seemed great for a while until we started to notice he wasn't being cared for. He was being left alone. He could barely walk and was a huge falls risk and could not swallow properly. He dropped an incredible amount of weight whilst being in this care home leaving him weak. He's now in hospital because he was not looked after and did not receive the right care. We are moving homes for my father now because of this. Absolutely atrocious.

Wonderful atmosphere great people very safe home for my Nanna Susan good for her Alzheimer's because she's interacting with more people the staff were lovely but the manager was a bit nasty because we try to help her and feed her so we come at lunchtime and teatime just to help her get fed because she wouldn't eat in the dining room so we help her and she said you are not allowed to come at them times because they're restricted and that's not very nice because that helps the stuff that helps so we given my Nanna the help she needs it saves the staff we are helping her through the manager wasn't being very nice

I have to give a massive thank you to all the staff and families at Hartford Court for the way my mum is looked after and welcomed in she really has never looked as happy !
I was so worried bringing my mum up from liverpool to a strange place and worried about her settling in and I have to say she is her ‘old’ self the person who got lost after a stroke and bleed on the brain which left her very vulnerable
I’ve been in today and feel so grateful for the girls at the home - they are working so hard and are so genuine regardless of what’s going on like covid, bugs, flu and sad losses they rally through it all amazingly
Thanks girls for everything on behalf of my mum she loves you all !!
