It should be 0 stars after the treatment my mother in law received or should I say lack of treatment appalling. Staff unsure as agency staff lack of empathy personal care or infact anything. Complaint made several months ago and still nothing. The cqc report is misleading and not accurate as none of the key areas are met.

Sorry to say my experience with my Dad being here was not good. So many basic care needs were not met. Formal complaints were made. I Felt like they talked the talk but couldn't walk the walk

My Grandma is currently a resident in Astor Court Care home and the care she is receiving is outstanding. The care staff attend her daily needs efficiently and with dignity and respect. They go above and beyond to make her feel at ease and reassure all family members. We are kept informed of all aspects of her care. I would highly recommend this home for your loved ones. They go above and beyond and always with a smile and time for everyone.

My nana and grandad went here and they were looked after amazingly, however when they passed away in their care they were all supportive and helpful with all of them belongings.

My hubby has been in here for 6weeks and I couldn't thank the staff enough for the great care they give my hubby in every aspect of his day to day is lovely to watch the way they they deal with any personal care needs high ly recommend x
