I am deeply disappointed with the management at Vital Healthcare. They consistently go above and beyond to find ways and exploit loopholes to avoid fully compensating their staff. This lack of fairness and accountability is demoralizing, especially when they expect employees to handle challenging and often stressful situations with minimal support.

The only saving grace in this organization is the incredible teamwork and camaraderie among the staff. Everyone works hard to support one another, ensuring that the work gets done despite the lack of management backing. It’s unfortunate that the best experience here comes from the employees, not the leadership.

Management needs to take a hard look at how they treat their staff if they want to retain talent and foster a more positive work environment.

Very poor company staff are very rude to service user do not respect people pronouns all they do is sit in the staff room and do not help there services users. kick people out there flats for no reason.Like to climb through windows when service users are not there. Gemma the deputy manager is very rude not very professional this company should be shut down it’s appalling. People come out worse then they did before they used this company I highly DO NOT recommend this care company

I would avoid this company at any costs possible if I was you, they make their staff work over 48hrs without any breaks at all, then try to lumber them with even more work giving around 5 minutes notice before a shift commences. Senior staff like to make threats towards staff and bully them into doing hours that they did not agree to. This company also let's service users abuse staff members and then turn a blind eye when this happens. On one occasion my partner actually ended up in hospital! Vital Healthcare, should be absolutely disgusted as a company and it's beyond me how you are even allowed to continue to operate! Bullying will not be tolerated by us and neither should it anyone else. Disgrace and you want reviewing by the relevant authorities.

Absolutely awful company who have no respect for their staff members and attempt to make them work more hours than they’ve consented to. Senior staff are also extremely rude and the admin is incredibly incompetent.
