Receptionist was really rude when I phoned up regarding a problem with my appointment. She insisted I wasn’t through to the right place even though I was trying to reschedule an existing appointment that had been cancelled by the clinic. She then insisted I needed to make an upfront payment of £200 to reschedule my appointment which I never did when initially booking. I said I’d think about it and she suggested maybe a free clinic would be more suitable for me. Really disappointed in the service

I recently got a tonsillectomy by Mr Rashid.
I couldn’t recommend him enough. He talked me through everything and made me feel really at ease before the surgery. When I was in recovery I would email him all the time with different questions I had and he would reply within the hour which was so helpful and he would always reassure me.
If you go to Bridges Clinic regarding ENT surgery I strongly recommend Mr Rashid.
