Find Shaw health care are only in it for the money and some of the managers are very rude especially Wan. You'd be better off keeping your loved ones at home getting help through a private health care company. Food cheap staff rude (not all) more likely to lose items or have money stolen and won't take responsibility. Place supposed to be secure from covid luckily no cases but let people in who go from one place to another who could come into contact with infection but won't allow family in no proper planning for visiting even though they could bit no longer worth it now as weather changed

Mother-in-law was one of the first residents when it opened. Quality of care was excellent. Staff very good. Things did go missing but nothing of real value and usually down to another resident who liked to tidy up. Perhaps things have changed, who knows.
