Hasz Home Care is truly exceptional. Their highly professional and knowledgeable staff provided outstanding care for my father, who was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer and lived for about 2 years after diagnosis. We were referred to Hasz Home Care by a family friend, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the level of care they provided, especially during the pandemic. I highly recommend Hasz Home Care to anyone in need of compassionate and skilled home care services.

They put you first. We aim to provide you with the same standard of care that they would expect for our own families. This means valuing each person’s unique qualities and seeing them as an individual, and not as a list of care needs.

They work alongside families and individuals to tailor their services to help their customers stay in control of their own care for as long as they are able to. Delivering the very best home-care is their passion, and they strive to achieve this every day.

Care with my previous care provider had broken down ss picked this company to use. I have recently been diagnosed as autistic and I also have various health issues I specifically told ss to arrange a provider that had experience and knowledge of working with autistic adults and apparently this company does. Things seemed wrong from the very first day they we’re running 30mins late to assessment that had been arranged with me and didn’t phone me. I rang them and the manager told me: yes we are stood outside your house trying to gain entry, well this instantly worried me I live in a flat not a house they were clearly on the wrong road trying to break into some random person’s home. They did eventually turn up 5mins later after I directed them to my road around the corner. They didn’t say there would be two coming to the assessment- it was quite intimidating and cramped in my flat. Once they did start it was a week of absolute chaos and confusion: it caused me so much stress and anxiety it made me very unwell. On the first day the male manager arrived with a male carer and a female carer - he wanted to give them an induction but instead of letting me speak he rudely just spoke over me and for me as if I was a cat while I was sat there - incredibly rude. No one told me there’d be three of them in my flat so it was cramped so I went to have my shower the carer just needs to wait outside the bathroom door to ensure I’m ok not difficult but the male manager and two carers couldn’t be trusted while in my home unsupervised by me they decided that my home had to be cleaned things put away in random places and things taken out to the bin that’s not rubbish- I heard my brand new hoover going and instantly leapt out the shower with just a towel round me: sorry what are you doing? I hadn’t asked them to touch anything, it’s clear in my care plan people touching my things causes a huge amount of anxiety- he didn’t care he just shrugged his shoulders and said it wouldn’t happen again. They should understand this as they apparently have experience working with autistic adults. I also wasn’t comfortable that a male carer had been assigned as a lone vulnerable female no one really considered that this might not be the best idea - I certainly wasn’t comfortable on that day having two unfamiliar males in my flat but the company didn’t seem to care about my feelings or my safety. It was only when the female carer raised concerns the next day that the male carer assigned was removed - I was grateful she did this and I tried my best to get along with her but she was from abroad and didn’t have any experience of autism and she was younger than me too it was just clear as the week went on that this was not a good standard of care. The female manager was initially lovely to me i kept checking with her about shopping and she kept reassuring me that she would sort this out so it’s the same day same time every week that’s important for those with autism but then the carer turned up ringing my doorbell an hour earlier than she was due for the call she said I’m here to take you shopping yet no one had communicated with me at all and I was confused too because it would only give us 1hr not 2hrs. The next day the female manager rang me out the blue expecting me to go shopping at 2pm I could hear she was in the supermarket while talking to me so unprofessional but when she didn’t like that I said no because shopping kept being dropped on me and I didn’t know what was going on she just screamed and shouted down the phone plus threatened to stop my care - horrible. I put the phone down on her I couldn’t cope with that. Carer came the next day but I was in bed Ill she didn’t get an answer at the door and didn’t bother with the Keysafe so just shoved a note through and walked off - I could been dead for all she knew she didn’t have my phone number either apparently the company don’t give the carers clients phone numbers which I find odd. So dangerous and utterly unprofessional way to behave care was stopped immediately. Avoid this shambles of a company!!!

I was referred to the care company by a friend in Horsham, and since they started caring for my mom, I am at peace whenever I am away from home for short or long trips. The passion, timeliness, and professionalism of the carers are unflawed.
