I have always struggled with big thighs ( that loves to rub against each other) and arms. No matter what exercise I have done, the end result is always far from desired. I came to know Dr Bhavna through a friend ( sound like a match making session ?). That friend was already raving about Dr Bhavna before I even met her. Needless to say, after getting to know about her credentials thereafter, I was completely sold.

Dr Bhavna is very unassuming and does not pressure me to do things that i do not want to. She took the time to understand my lifestyle, my likes and dislikes. She does not impose upon me with a fixed program or mindset. I like that she suggests what I can do to best tackle my issues based on me and not her prior experiences. I think that is critical because everyone is different. Eg, while some cardio exercises are better than others, she knows the "best" cardio is not necessary what I like. She does not pressure me to do those but instead seek to ask me more questions in order for me to reveal myself more. Speak about peeling an onion! We concluded that dancing can be an alternative for me. I have never expected to dance for cardio. Now that I do, I am enjoying myself every bit. This also makes my journey of achieving a lesser body fat body much easier!

What really shown the most result was that my thunderous thighs finally divorced each other after a couple of months. They have stayed divorced till today ie 3 to 4 years later. I cannot thank Dr Bhavna enough for the tailored strength training program, food suggestions and mental support that she has given me during those periods. She is definitely a gem to have and i would highly recommend her to anyone who has needs like I have ie to be a better version of yourself!

Dr Bhavna K. strikes me the impression that she is very earnest and passionate about what she does, and that she truly cares about my holistic well-being much as she really knows her stuff. I really appreciate Dr Bhavna’s thoroughness in understanding me in-depth, my physical challenges and concerns, as well as what I envision to achieve, given the timeline I have in my work commitments and lifestyle.

I needed to learn how to eat well and eat right, get back in much better shape after being cooped up in my home office and having gained weight in the first year of the pandemic.

I love it Dr Bhavna has a variety of approaches in her range of upper and lower torso training to train me and that makes my time spent with her much more fun and interesting to look forward to. She has a remarkable memory with seemingly endless storage of interesting tools and gadgets to train. It’s never a boring day with her approaches! Her warm personality, years of experiences as a PhD Scholar, depth in sports science and nutrition completely rewire my past mindset that getting in shape is a tedious and boring routine. It is just the opposite with Dr Bhavna!

I have come to appreciate learning from Dr Bhavna how to make our healthy diet plans delicious and easy to prepare, and each exercise regimes much more exciting, even in our busier days. I am most impacted by her thoughtfully crafted customized plan and training approaches on me, given I need flexibility without compromising effectiveness in achieving the results.

I slimmed by approximately 4kg in 4 months (that’s a lot of fats being rid!) and my physical stamina has improved so much more. My legs, shoulder and back is also much more chiselled and leaner. I used to start panting after just walking up 3 storeys. After 4 months of training with Dr Bhavna, I am able to walk up to 14 storeys without panting, but breathing normally throughout, as if I am walking on level ground. I am amazed myself by my own transformation that I can now do fitness training effortlessly for 2 hours at one go and best part is simply enjoying it! I see my physical metabolism, digestive systems and energies level improved and sustained over the years.

I now understand and value the importance of regular exercises and practicing relaxation post exercises much more, to keep looking and feeling good for my overall performance and alertness with the oxygenated exercises. It really boosts self-esteem and my positivity daily, with such a capable and empathetic fitness coach as Dr Bhavna. She doesn’t treat me as a coachie but a friend and I really value that respect. She is not only my go-to-person I readily approach for sports and nutrition advice, but an invaluable friend for keeps. I love it she is confident yet humble, with no airs at all. She is way worth her charges, as my transformation is permanent, after she helps me gradually adjust to 14-16 hours intermittent fasting as my discipline regime and sticking to adequate nutrition daily in my eating hours.
