This has to be the worse company ever
Theives and full of truthful people
They dont do the job they are ment todo on 30min calls they will dont in less than 5mins they dont not clean where their ment to then have the cheek to ask if anything needs to be done kmt
They also persure people in to giving good reviews
God know how they treat the people who have no one or are very old

Dont choose this company at all stay far from this company
They will lie just to cover their backs

I've been having carers with care pilot since May and I've built a good relationship with them especially memory and olinda ....
I sometimes don't like it when carers I don't know come but regardless they are friendly and helpful

Thank u to those that looked after me I feel uncomfortable when they put different carers on I prefer olinda Francisca i am great full to these two especially olinda am happy with the service from Jayne Simons
