Unless you have an hour or more to spare do not go here for your prescription. Lack of medication available. Lack of organisation. Just extremely poor all round. If no stars were available, that would be my choice. There were 15 people queuing at the time.

Wells pharmacy oh dear!! just stood nearly an hour for a prescription that was ordered 5 days ago the que was at the door really slow nice enough staff but useless sadly after i got out side the prescription was short had to go back in for another 15min wait to sort it
So if your going take a pack up and a flask it was bad before but even worse now
May as well of closed it with the post office that was rubbish too

May 2024 So ive been again since this review and prescription not ready ordered a week before sat 20 mins for it lack of medication as per usual rude abrupt staff no ones bothered either

Chose a one star rating that was the minimum but zero would of been more suitable rating

Simply dreadful. Despite warnings I nominated this as my pharmacy, as i prefer to support local shops. However,, my GP issued a prescription on 6th March, post-dated to 18th. So I went to collect it on the 18th, to be told it wasn't ready and they needed a further week to process it. I went again to collect on 25th but some items were missing, they said they were on order. Went yet again on 28th, still no joy. Went again on 30th, same. Went again 2nd April, was told that the supplier was out of stock, and would I accept a generic instead. When I said yes, I'm desperate, they said okay, they'll order some. And so it continues... The staff seem pleasant enough but make you feel as though you are asking for the impossible. They don't seem to know where anything is, what's in stock and what's not, even the prescriptions that are made up and waiting on the shelves for collection take forever to find. This pharmacy really needs to get its act together.

Friendly staff but very slow on getting prescriptions ready. I ordered my regular prescription on Sunday online, was informed prescription would be ready after 3pm on thursday, so decided to pick up prescription today friday 16th Feb, to find that one inhaler was available but the other had to come off their generic shelf. Waited for 45 mins to have my order made up. The staff did apologise but there were at least 8 of us waiting in line. Some folk got very distressed at waiting and not much fun for the elderly either.
I have switched my pharmacy to the Farnsfield one as of today.
Very disappointed customer, sadly.

UPDATE. Utter omnishambles since taken over by awful chain. . Lost 2 more stars. Regularly out of stock of prescription items or has to substitute items. Had a sign saying wait 5 days before picking up ANY prescription. Prefer to support local business over supermarkets or chains. Would not use again after huge queues and awful service. Even the floor is ankle deep in garbage. Avoid. (((Sorry Owner - not gonna be a next time!)))

Absolute shambles 9 days wait for prescriptions!!!Staff with couldnt care less attitude this has been going on for weeks now and i fear for the elderly and very sick in village left one star because no minus star option!!!!

The Best Pharmacy And Staff
We’ve lived in the village of Bilsthorpe for fifteen months so we’re newbie. I would like to give my local pharmacy the pharmacist and the team of helpers 100% in customer satisfaction. The management and staff are just amazing. I’m so happy. During the Covid19 lockdown our prescriptions were delivered to us at home. I can’t say it enough they’re the A Team.

I have always found in my personal experience Knights Pharmacy to be exceptionally Polite & Helpful with Advice & always endeavoring to pre-order & fulfilling my prescriptions when requested in a timely manner, combined with exceptional customer service one of the best in the area by far.
