These practitioners are paid to neglect patients and abuse their power. Load of rubbish there isn't enough money as we all pay enough in tax to have gold toilets. What are they paid for anyway? They don't actually even see anyone.

Useless part of the NHS staff changing and people coming in with their own agenda to change things when it works. I had to go in a sit and wait to speak to someone. Honestly they neglect the people they are there to care for! Send letters out saying over due an appointment contact them to make one! Didn’t know I was their secretary to arrange appointments! Or they cut off medication within 14days sorry that’s a threat. I will be contacting my local MP now regarding Hereford camhs. Independent body needs to investigate their lack of care.

Shockingly bad practice has been demonstrated by this 'service' for years with no improvement. As a mental health proffessional myself, I'm fully conscious of them not adhering to national guidance or quality standards yet there seems to be no way of them employing adequately trained staff and revising their refferal processes. The NHS is under pressure, yes, but there absolutely no excuse for not working in line with the NHS long-term plan and choosing to let children all over Hereford suffer instead- constantly rejecting referrals that clearly meet criteria (not even mentioning the devastation this causes to families).

Update on this review..... be warned, this is a corrupt system, they lie and cover each others backs. Appalling, disgusting and if a parent neglected a child the way camhs does it would be unacceptable! This doctor should not be there. Swoops in, turns an autistic childs life upside down ..changes everything, no review, no check up, no care .. really disgusting neglectful behaviour from camhs yet on paper you lie and do not put reality. They investigate eachother if you make a complai t and cover eachothers backs...this righthere is why our young children are suffering and they get paid for it.dont be fooled by they're gaslighting . I hope your child doesn't learn the hard way .
