This is where our newborn is treated for vaccinations and general checkups. There are no child facilities at all and they don't seem to care at all about the state of your child or mother. The place is not designed for children, it's adult only and they don't offer child help, just leave you to do everything on your knees. You can get better facilities and assistance at Costa or McDonald's! Hereford Medical Group is terrible.

Cannot get through phone lines on a regular basis. Just been on hold again for another 25mins . We have a family member with complex needs and are being severely let down by this new system. We used to be able to call and the phone would be answered. We used to get an appointment at our surgery but now we get sent to lots of different surgeries. The new " super surgery" was meant to make things easier yet it was just another cut back.
