The most uncaring and dangerous place you can send a loved one. BEWARE.
The positive reviews are written by staff to deceive. Misleading and basically fraud in my opinion.
You will never meet more money focussed people who should not be allowed to operate a 'care' facility. (The word care is not even appropriate!) APPALLING beyond belief.

Wholly depends on the staff in on the shift some are fantastic at what they do and genuinely care others are lacking basic understanding of a care role and communication skills are lacking . The management go through the motions listening to concerns etc but are partially ineffective and decisions on care are not always followed through . Some aspects of the “nursing “ were also questionable

If I could I give it nothing it let my mother die and was born even allowed to see her stupid rules and times last time I could see was the day she past away. Discussed with there service and care. But no one apology from them letter nothing and not a single thing. To say sorry. Don't ever go there parking is a joke too.

This care home, is absolutely beautiful, beautiful building, beautiful and caring management staff who make the utmost effort to listen to complaints and make amends. They provide amazing staff to care for residents and staff are friendly with residents and families, right through senior staff to agency and the hardworking HCA, cleaning and activities staff. Its always a pleasure with TWCC.
