I contacted Maxine and her wonderful team to assist a good friend of mine who was nearing her end of life. The carers that visited her on a daily basis were extremely kind and patient, always arrived on time and nothing was too much trouble to make my friend's remaining few months as comfortable as possible. These ladies are truly angels in disguise. My sister was very impatient with new people entering her home, and soon put them in their place if they put something away in the wrong place. They soon got used to her ways, and very professionally treated her with great respect at all times. They even grew fond of her, and Gillian and Maxine attended her funeral, which is when I got to meet them. It was very kind of them to attend, and I felt my sister couldn’t have had a better team of friends supporting her through her illness. These ladies all deserve gold medals for their dedication to their chosen profession. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to everyone in need of a bit of help to make their lives easier.

I cannot speak too highly of this branch of Visiting Angels. They cared for my Dad in the last few months of his life, meeting his needs with the utmost compassion. They went the extra mile again and again. In the last few days of his life, they even sent out the area manager to help the family, as well as the lovely Jade for a couple of nights. All of this was arranged at very short notice. My family will always be so grateful and recommend this company whole heartedly. Dad loved them and so did we.

Visiting Angels have been wonderful for my Mum. They were completely flexible in meeting the particular needs and timing of her care and were able to put the programme in place very quickly. All the carers I have met are genuinely caring people and are so kind to Mum. She is really happy with them.
