I cannot fault the team at the Nuffield Hereford, seen, treated and discharged in one week. The whole team were professional courteous and helpful, big thank you to the exec PA who went above and beyond to assist me. I would highly recommend the team and hospital.

I fractured my wrist and tore a ligament. I was fortunate to have a fantastic physiotherapist called Suzzete Jones who has been instrumental in helping me get my wrist back to how it was before the accident. She has been exceptionall in her treatment, explanations and exercises thar were required to heal my injury. Thanks Suzzete ?

I chose the Nuffield as that is where the surgeon I wanted to replace my knee joint operated. The system worked very smoothly and all completed in 6 weeks. At no time was it rushed and everybody was very pleasant. Yes the building is from the 70’s so not attractive but the interior appears well maintained. The check in was efficient and seemed fine. Having been due to have my operation first I was in fact last. This was badly communicated. Odd things were not as organised as they should have been. The support staff could not have been more helpful and caring which at times I was very grateful for.

I understand that the tarmac resurfacing works were postponed in 2023, and rescheduled for 2024. Having arrived on a rainy day, I had to negotiate the standing water pools.
Having experienced Nuffield in Leamington Spa, at Hereford the reception area was underwhelming, and small with no tables at which to sit and enjoy refreshment.
Finally, unlike Leamington Spa Nuffield with integrated scanning facilities, in Hereford, I had to leave the main building, in the rain, and enter a mobile scanning unit, climbing up a series of steps, for patients with difficult mobility issues!
