I don't know who Sarah is that I spoke to on the phone Friday 23rd December but she was brilliant, went above and beyond to ensure that I got medication because I am having a Lupus flare. She was excellent and I can't thank her enough.

i meant to have a phone appointment today they rang me i answered the phone then 1 second they decided to hang up on me for no reason at all but they kept ringing me and i answered again then hanged up on me again what a waste of time these people are

Faultless, i spent more time on the auto phone service to book the appt, than i did in this surgery, professional nurses , receptionist super,(apart from the Duty Doc , who interupted the booking in process who thought her time was more important than mine! But overall my best experience with the NHS support in last 10 years,

Tried ringing after 8 am on a Sunday morning and the only option given is to either cancel an appointment or phone 111. Pointless!!
