Absolutely amazing service. This was our first private scan for our first baby and we were impressed with the quality of the pictures and we even got a little video clip of our little one to download. We were so impressed with the whole experience. The cute little waiting room definitely was a welcomed change from the generic hospital experience. 10/10 from us! Thank you

Went for our 4D scan last Sunday with Anna, however baby was not playing ball so they rebooked me for Thursday evening - so good that they do a late night and weekends! It was a lot quieter on the Thursday evening and so Anna spent a long time with us trying to get some good images of our camera-shy baby! We eventually got some good pictures and 4D images which we were really pleased with. Great to spot that they did 5% off for blue light card holders! We didn't feel rushed at all and the staff were so kind and friendly. A really fabulous, bonding experience. Thank you so much for your patience and kindness!

I had a gender scan not long ago. The 2 ladies in on that day were lovely and well mannered. The clinic was clean and professional. Will be using them again for a 4D scan in the near future.
10/10 for images and all around apt.

Came for our first scan. The lady on reception gave no friendliness when we arrived which was extremely off putting but Elaine really was lovely and made the whole experience wonderful. Thank you very much. We will be back for another scan.

I highly recommend Ultrasound Direct in Hereford. They were friendly and compassionate, and made me feel comfortable, despite it being a difficult scan. Everything was explained to me and I had access to the report and images straight away.

Second visit here on my 2nd appointment
(first onw to early) was told there was no fetal pole the yolk has shrunk and was therefore non viable pregnancy. I obviously left very upset stressed went to early pregnancy scan at my local nhs hospital and within minutes of internal scan the fetal pole was found this is very mixed emotions and has brought my anxiety on massively please just wait till your 12 week scan woth nhs

Went for our gender reveal as the nhs aren’t telling right now, we were met by Gemma as we arrived, she was very friendly and seemed genuinely excited at finding out the gender. We were then scanned by Elaine who was equally as excited and made us feel comfortable to ask any questions even if we felt silly. Overall a beautiful experience and will be going again.
