I don't understand why there are such bad reviews on the Internet. We have been living in Tunbridge Wells for a year and a half and I can safely say that this practice is wonderful. As a mother with a small child, the presence of a lift is a big plus for me, because we always arrive with a stroller. I also like the quick response to requests. When I or my son have health problems, the girls at the reception make an appointment with a doctor on the same day. I had chest pains and the doctors of this practice in a team with hospital doctors very quickly identified the problem, sent me for an urgent ultrasound and 2 months later I had an operation to remove my gallbladder. The doctors are very polite, intelligent and I am grateful for your work. I also really like the Anima system, with which you can make a request online. With respect A. Rozhko

It is extremely sad to see that the Anima online booking system has turned what was once a five star practice into a one star practice - at least from a patient's perspective.

I'm no longer able to recommend this practice despite the quality of the GPs and medical staff working here. I very much hope that these attempts at digitisation are not a sign of things to come as they seem to fail at the first hurdle.

Trying to get a fit note(obviously if you meed them.you need them now)and they book your appointment for...3 week forward saying there is no spaces and you can't get the appointment sooner...calling them they say go to anima...while you go amd request again a fit note the next appointment it...4 weeks forward with rude receptionist message that the GP WILL NOT ISSUE A FIT NOTE BEFORE SEE YOU after 4 week...
Very disgusting and disrespectful place, looking for another practice that they possibly takes me as a new patient...

The doctors are lovely but new booking system is awhile and all it does is make people suffer in silence because its is too stressful to make an appointment. And as far as I was aware from the initial letters received about it, it was supposed to be used in conjunction with traditional booking methods, to help free up phone lines but what has actually happened is receptionists now refuse to help anyone and Anima is the only option! They even turn you away in person.

While I have a reasonably positive experience at the clinic, the "Anima" online booking system is so frustrating, it's worse than useless. Reams of irrelevant forms to fill out. No useful notifications when prescriptions are ready (you have to call the clinic to find out if your repeat prescription was actually issued or not!). "Anima" only accepts requests during certain hours of the day, despite it being a WEBSITE!

The other irritating thing about the clinic is that there are multiple floors with receptions and waiting rooms. It's always a lottery as to which one you're supposed to be on. No one tells you in advance, so you have to try each one until you succeed. I kid you not.

Doctors, nurses and reception all great. However getting an appointment is tricky, long call waiting times, that sometimes just end, meaning you need to call back and start again (not great when you are ill). Also parking can be horrific, this is partially due patients not parking within lines. I wouldn't change doctors, but feel sorry for the elderly/ vulnerable patients being able to get an appointment or park anywhere close.

Quite disappointed with the new system Anima - which essentially means it's not your choice whether you see a doctor but someone else's based on how they think you've answered some really ridiculous questions that don't let you give accurate information. I was basically told I couldn't get an urgent same day appointment unless I used this system or went somewhere else in Sevenoaks. Then you're given an appointment in two weeks rather than the same day. Not even sure what the point of having the surgery is. Seems to be kicking the can down the road so more people are forced into emergency services.

This new Anima system is absolute rubbish, pages and pages to fill in that have no relevance to your request. Finally managed to get through to the phone and was told I couldn't book an appointment without this from and if I couldn't do it to pop into the surgery and someone would help me. Absolute waste of everyone's time.
Doctors are great when you can get to see them. Parking is extremely stressful
