We cannot see doctors face to face would like to know where the doctors are. Doctors are pleasant when speaking on phone but want to know when we can get face to face appointments. Receptionists in general OK once you have been interrogated. The best part of the practice is when you see the nurses always friendly.

I’ve had a blood work appointment at this surgery and I can say that was nicest experience I’ve ever had with receptionist and nurse. Very polite, extremely nice.very helpful. They definitely deserve more then 5 stars.

Absolutely diabolical service. Haven't a clue what they are doing. Reporting them because had enough of their incompetence. Dont take complaints seriously so I'm taking it higher. Disgusting practice.
