Had to go to the doctor today. Was a little shocked that there was someone else in the room. I wasn't informed who they were or what they were doing there. They never spoke to me. I didn't mind but it would have been nice to at least be introduced at the very least. Surely if it's my appointment time I should be informed even before the appointment. I probably would have been totally fine with it. Just felt like I wasn't really considered.

I've only just moved to this GP and will be immediately looking elsewhere. On the 2 occasions I've had the misfortune of calling, the reception staff are so abrupt, no 'hello' or their name, just a "What is the patient's date of birth"
Today I missed a call from a Dr that I had been waiting for (I couldn't be provided with a time to expect the call) when I returned the missed call, the receptionist transferred me without saying anything and the Dr didn't introduce themself either. Beyond unhelpful and genuinely said to me "What do you want me to tell you." .... Absolutely baffled by how unprofessional and unhelpful they were.
You are the reason GPs have a terrible reputation nowadays. Immediately requested to move practices. Would never recommend this place

Excellent service from Jane the menopause specialist, every step of the way she has been so helpful, knowledgeable and has really got me on the right path, I feel lucky to have access to her services as so many women struggle to get help with this. My peri menopause symptoms are under control and life can resume! Thank you Jane.

terrible staff, their attitude on phone is also very disgusting. why work there when you aren’t helping any patient?
i’m almost 7 weeks pregnant i’ve been begging my gp for a midwife and everytime they say they’ll get back in touch (on a specific day) and they never call. i wait constantly worrying for my and my babies health as i’m not being looked after! i contacted them when i was 2 weeks pregnant and still not a word! horrible.

Terrible service on the reception, clearly doesn't want to be there. Zero compassion, unacceptable attitude considering the first thing your call recording mentions the zero tolerance to X Y Z. The receptionist left my partner feeling distressed and alarmed and all she wanted was advice, she came off the call distraught. I expect a response and an Email address for me to make a formal complaint to, i urge Dr Hayat to listen to the call recording which i will go into more detail when i get an Email address to write to. Dr Hayat deserves to know the lack or compassion and service their receptionist provides at the surgery. Disgusting, shocking and unacceptable.

My partners been a patient here for over 50 years. He's not needed to see a Dr since 2004. Rang to make an appointment today to be told he's no longer registered there. So if your lucky to be in good health and not see a Dr they penalise you for that and remove you. So now when he DOES need an appointment he has to mess about registering at a new Dr's.

Regularly have difficulties when trying to arrange appointments via reception staff. Most recently, my husband was advised by one if the practice nurses to request appointment with a specific doctor. He rang at the beginning of the week and was told that he had to call today (Thursday 27 April) to book for that doctor. He has just done so and was told he now has to phone on 2nd May!!

This has honestly just topped my opinion of this surgery.
I was super Ill and off work for a full week and even after an appointment with a very unhelpful Dr who wasn't able to give me any idea what it could be but yet could complain and advised I shouldn't have come into the surgery I left with no idea what to do.
So after sending off some samples and waiting for an appointment for the results which I'm still waiting for, the local COUNCIL/Environment health have sent me a letter advising me what was wrong. Unbelievable that the council are now informing patients of there illness before the Drs can! Wow!
