Show no empathy for peoples personal circumstances. They cancel and chance appointments all the time. If you are 5 mins late refuse de to see you or rebook. We all have jobs. Things can’t always be helped!!!!! .

Rang up this morning after being up all night with an abscess they got me straight in without any issues. Was seen by Mr surag Patel who was brilliant with me considering I get nervous at the dentist and had to have two teeth out. I have no qualms about going again next week brilliant staff from the receptionist to the dentist. Would highly recommend.

Very rude and unhelpful. Have removed my son from the being registered as he didn’t want to go for a filling. On his last appointment dentist told him that he will have to have an injection into his gum, he’s a little bit big for me to drag so after trying bribes they told me to find him another dentist. Just rude!!!!

And earlier in the weak I phoned about getting an appointment (for a filling as I’ve not needed anything and generally look after my teeth) to be told as I’ve not been since 2016 I’m discharged I’ve to wait till the next available appointment in June and again was very rude and had a bad attitude. Would definitely not recommend this place.

Definitely do not reccomend young lady doctor. As far as she is trying to be nice she was threating me and my 3yo that she will pull his front teeth out and left him with big holes, without any help. I also had two fillings done there. One fell out twice, other one was put in on incorrectly and I now have a hole just underneath it,causing real pain. Avoid this place!

Called to say i was going to be late due to my brother been in a horrific bike accident and id be around 5 mins late ( called 15 mins before my app) dentist refused to see me and wouldn't let me re arrange as it was my 1st app ! Disgusting practice! Have some compassion for peoples issues !
