This chemist has gone downhill over the past year to the point of ridiculousness. Do not tell you if you have a tablet out of stock - will just hold onto the prescription until they can fulfill it (so if you rely on your medication to live, good luck). If you go and ask what is happening, they will usually relase all the other medication along with an IOU for what isn't in stock (which in short means they are committing fraud by claiming for that medication from the NHS).
They put full responsibility on the patient and jobs they should do (such as raise with the doctors that a tablet is out of stock "but there are x,y,z alternatives"), they have you do, wasting your time, the doctors time, and anyone, but their time. or effort.
I honestly don't know what is happening with this chemist, but since change is management, I couldn't recommend it to anyone.

I received asthma inhalers from this pharmacy a couple of times full but they were broken I had to refill my old ones, from December 15th to January 2nd the order for Combisal inhaler was not fulfilled and I was not informed about a substitute drug that I could use like Avenor or Seretide I could change my GP prescription , a few days ago I was informed that an antibiotic and asthma inhaler would be waiting for me at 6.00 pm I went there and received only prescriptions to look elsewhere, no words to describe the incompetence of this pharmacy.

Smart quick and reluable. If they are not careful they will give other pharmacists a good name. The last 2 places I used dispensed incorrectly so very happy not having to wait 60 mins and it’s correct thanks
