Dismal service, you are told your call is important to them, you wait your turn in hope of an appointment, your turn arrives, then it rings and rings, till after around 10 minutes you realise they aren't taking your call. You then attempt to call again and you are lower in the first queue you joined. There must be better surgeries than this.

Whenever I call there’s no appointments ( if anyone answers that is) I actually don’t go to doctors myself anymore , as it’s impossible to get a visit for my 3yo, nm an adult. During last 12 years of being their patient I managed to succeed in booking a visit 3 times. 3 times per 12 years between me and my two sons. This is ridicoulous.

The new Repeat Prescription Service is appalling. You can' order online out of surgery hours, snd trying to do it through the NHS Website is a somplete waste of time. Also you can't order over the phone foe "patient Security" ! Complete farce.

I cannot praise this practice enough. Everyone, from those on reception who are an integral part of the team to the medical staff and nurses. Special thanks to Dr. Mohammed. If you treat people with respect and kindness whether when calling the surgery or face to face they always reciprocate.
Thank you

I recieved a text from one of the GPs asking if I could call in and book an appointment. I was told at the reception desk that there was no appointments available but that there was plenty of available appointments to go on to the system at some point that day but they don't know what time theyll go on so to keep trying online. Iv been at this for 2 days now. Checking online every 15 minutes but there's still no appointments at all.

I have been to this doctors since i was a kid, and its gradually just got worse and worse.
I can't get through to anyone, I go down the queue, and after i've got past the queue, the phone just rings and rings forever before disconnecting. They clearly have their phonelines routed to a phone that isn't being answered.
When I do get through to someone, the reception staff treat me digusting. They speak to me like a child. I have an illness that i'm trying to get help for and I am constantly rebuked. I've raised multiple complaints and even the practice manager admitted there was a training need.
I am currently on the phone to the endless ringing as we speak. Nobody is actually answering. It's been this way for 10 minutes after a 15 minute queue. Disgusting.

This surgery do not know what they are doing, I was told my the receptionist to bring in my pregnancy fit to fly certificate on the week of me going on holiday so it can be filled in and when I've gone to do that been told by Admin it can take up to 28 days meaning I cannot go! Been told the wrong information on multiple occasions and now it's me being penalised for their no knowledge of their own policies! Also one of the receptionist told my step daughters mum that she was not on a recommended diet on her notes, even though that was what the doctor recommended and added to her appointment notes. Only moved to this surgery on December and now wish I never had, they are useless. Causing undue stress on myself and my unborn baby.
