First time I’ve been to this hospital. Was visiting a relative after they were admitted following a car accident. The staff were amazing, taking really good care of him and doing it with a smile too. The car park is large and had plenty of spaces although it was 7 in the evening when I visited. It’s quite costly and cost me £5 for under an hour.

Amazing hospital. My review is based on my last two years of treatment. Some experiences have been worth zero stars, others have been worth five stars. On balance more so the latter than the former. Overall, my care by the medical professionals and other staff has ranked very good to excellent. Thank you East Surrey Hospital!

Although my son was born here 15 years ago, I’ve only been to this hospital a three times since. All in the past two weeks. The staff seem caring and competent and I feel I’ve been well looked after. I had to have an impromptu biopsy yesterday, and I was exceptionally well looked after by Gabriella in the ultrasound department. In the nicest possible way, I hope not to be back for a while, but thank you to the team.

We went for my husband last Tuesday. The day after bank holiday and it was chaos. Soooo busy. Everybody did their best though. No complaints about the medical treatment at all. I would like to highlight one nurse especially though. Heather was at the front desk for a very long time whilst queues were out of the door. She kept her calm all the time and also very aware of needs of individuals. I.e an elderly person who needed a wheelchair, showing people where to go etc.

I accompanied my sister to the a&e department- she then had an x ray, blood tests and was sent to the holmwood ambulatory department for further investigation.
This is 10000% the best hospital I have ever visited. It has been so fast, efficient and every member of staff we have come into contact with have been absolutely amazing. Everyone is positive, so helpful and caring. Especially our doctor Adonis from the ambulatory department!! He is so patient and kind!!

Had a fantastic experience here as much as you can in the hospital. staff were friendly very attentive from start to finish, and made me feel comfortable.

Was a standard ACL reconstruction, I hope every member of staff that was part of my care gets to read this as they do deserve the recognition.

Thank you again by far the best hospital experience I have had.

The waiting hours at A&E are shocking even at Monday 3 am, I have been sitting here for over 4 hours at 16 weeks pregnancy to see the doctor, and yet not see the doctor. The nurse does not much when I asked general questions. The nurses around and reception , no one cares your situation, the only thing said was I do not know
