Used this pharmacy for many years and always had excellent service, lindssy always goes above and beyond to help. Recently had a vaccine and all went well Jill made me feel at ease.

They used to be great, now they rarely have in what I need. This time they’ve had my prescription for a week yet still haven’t ordered it all. I still don’t know if/when the missing item will be in.

Further to the review above which I made some time ago, now I’ve been issued with the incorrect dose of my medication. I’m away without a car so cannot get a new prescription. This pharmacy has seriously gone downhill.

May 24. Again I’ve been given the wrong dose. If I hadn’t of queried it I would have overdosed. Reported.

Brilliant opening times, meds made up on day they receive the prescription. lindsey and Jill are always helpful and friendly and along with the rest of the team they look after you.

Arrived 10 mins early for my booster jab only to be told that "they've all been cancelled mate". Then the slap in the face lie of "we've tried calling people to inform them". Travelled back early from a weekend break to ensure I didn't miss my appointment and not a single missed call from anyone advising me not to turn up. Poor.

I visited vaib pharmacy on Saturday around 4pm and was presented with a very miserable, rude lady behind the counter. I asked for a certain medication and without even looking the lady said 'we haven't got any'. As plain as day I could see these tablets behind her on the shelf. She was so so rude and made me feel very upset. Horrendous customer service, it was quite embarrassing really. I will be writing a formal complaint.

Pharmacy very small. Went for a covid booster - waited at counter finally was asked are you being served. Told them no - explained why I was there - never even asked my name. Told to take a seat (only 4 seats all taken) my name would be called Had the injection - if I had driven there was told to sit in car for 15 minutes. Some good if you took ill in the car. Pharmacy may be good for prescriptions- but wouldn't recommend for covid vacination.

My friend was given the wrong dosage on the packet. After some discussion, it transpired that the prescription had been read wrongly by the pharmacy. Shouldn’t really happen…

Staff very helpful and polite. The extended opening hours are amazing. Especially during the pandemic.
