Attended here today with my grandmother for an ultrasound appointment phoned ahead to let them know we will be late due to not knowing where it was. At reception told the lady specifically that we were late and is it ok she said it’s fine they will call you. After waiting for nearly 40mins asked at reception and the ultrasound sonographer came out to say due to being late we need to reschedule. Why not be honest at reception from
The get go instead of telling us to go they said to stay and wait as it was ok.zero communication for an elderly lady with a lot of illness . Unacceptable

Lovely surgery friendly staff. Found booking an appointment really easy and quick. The only down side is where it is, think walking there in the winter would be very dangerous very steep rough road

The new building is beautiful. Staff are courteous. The Doctor I met is an amazing man. However, each appointment spans for 10 minutes, so you may have to book several appointments to get a complex health issue sorted out.

Nice place but told to come 15 minutes before appointment or they cancel it I got there a 30 minutes before so I was not late I waited 30 minutes after appointment so I was in for got out nearly 2 hours later so why tell us to get there 15 minutes its a joke people who come in after me was seen before me.

Very difficult to find..Sat nav doesn't know it!
Nobody has heard of it.

Turn left as you enter grounds.
Go up to small roundabout..left into car park.
At far side if car park..go thru , left and down at bottom...large white building.
Entrance on far side.

Dr kumar is a great doctor. The receptionist gemma and catherine are by far the most helpful receptionist you can ask for. Every time me or my family need help they always make sure we get seen by a doctor asap.
