EXTREMELY RUDE on the phone when I tried to report a van parked outside my neighbors house in their disabled space very rude company and very disrespectful on the matter for have no care about the fact they parked in a space for BLUE BADGE HOLDERS!!!!

Worst customer service ever. If my staff spoke to customers like we have been I'd sack them on the spot. So rude and refusing to put me through to a manager. This woman jackie is a total waste of time. No people skills what so ever. How she got a job there or anywhere is beyond belief. Complaint has been sent to CEO. Shocking behaviour! No stars deserved.

Absolutely poor service. One can spend all day trying to get through to someone who can help. Really bad service. Staff are extremely rude too!! Pure market monopoly!!
