Judith visited my mother at home to assess and advise her following a few nasty falls. Judith carried out a thorough assessment, gave mum a lot of useful and practical information. She left leaflets and a number of exercises to carry out. A few weeks later she followed up the initial assessment with a phone call and the option to have another contact. If mum does the exercises it will have been money well spent!

My recent session with Judith Hayhow was very good. Judith gave excellent attention to all I said, she gives you a thorough examination. Explains how the exercises work. All exercises that you work through with Judith are sent via email with instructions and a video. Very happy with the experience and the help I received.

I went to Physi-Fit as I had a really bad pain going down one leg. I was losing sleep and pain medication wasn’t helping. Judith was very friendly and I found our first session fascinating. I assumed it would take a long time to correct but a few weeks later after doing the exercises she recommended the pain had completely gone. I learnt a lot about my body as she is very knowledgable and helped with other minor grievances which were related to my posture. Would definitely recommend.

On meeting Judith she was very welcoming and made me feel at ease. After an initial assesment of my body posture ,sitting, standing and neck restriction, Judith identified my neck problem areas. After my treatment Judith gave me some neck exercises to do daily. 3 weeks later I returned for a 2nd treatment , after which Judith gave me another exercise as well. I have had many treatments over the years for my neck problem, but I strongly feel that along with my treatments and these Different Exercises that I have not had before ,may at last be the answer, as my neck already feels less restrictive . Thank you so much Judith.

I was very pleased to be seen the day after a phone call and found Judith to be very helpful, a very nice person and thought she knew what the problem was but, it didn’t resolve that easily so I’m referring to the doctor to probably have an ex ray or a scan and possibly go back to see Judith in the future.

I am 19 years old and was diagnosed with a brain tumour soon after returning for my second year at uni. I came out of hospital after having surgery on my cerebellum to remove the benign tumour, unable to walk and with very limited neck movement. As they had cut through my cerebellum I required a specialist neuro-physio to re teach my body how to move. I also needed someone that understood what my brain needed to do to get back to normal and Judith definitely was the right choice. I was lucky that Judith had availability to see me within 48 hours of discharge and she was able to assess me and identify movements the surgery had affected quickly. This was very valuable as it allowed me to start training my body with the correct movement patterns as soon as possible. Which prevented me from making short cuts and doing things improperly, as I would then do it like that forever.

Judith was very good at showing me what movements I needed to do. Judith's hands-on approach proved very valuable as I couldn't always tell where my body was in space so couldn't tell if I was stood upright or not. Judith was able to identify this issue and correct it.

Judith showed her level of expertise and knowledge when explaining things to me as she could present them in a way I could understand which helped considerably as I knew why I was doing each movement and my goals very clearly. I felt comfortable asking questions and she always had an answer or had a way to find out an answer which really helped me understand what my body was doing.

She was always very understanding and kind at a time in which I needed it most. Without Judith there is no way I would be this far into my recovery and I am forever grateful for how much she helped. I wish she could be my physio for my whole recovery journey however I needed to return to uni, which was one of the goals she helped me achieve, so was unable to continue with her which has made me sad.

Thanks to Judith I am able to continue my studies and I don't have to interrupt for a year which I would have had to do otherwise.

I am forever grateful for Judith and I know my parents are too so I would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of physio.

Whilst staying in Kent I had a fall . I asked Judith to come to see me following surgery for a broken patella. She had been highly recommended by a friend and so I was very confident to ask for her help.

Judith is so very knowledgeable, professional, kind and caring. Her kindness really helped to reassure me that all will be well and I can get my knee back to full strength and fitness. She soon gave me the confidence to be very mobile on crutches and to negotiate steps. So much so that when I returned home to Cheshire I decided to go upstairs to bed and not use the downstairs bedroom I have at the house. This is something I thought would take me some time to achieve.

I am sorry my further physio treatment will not be with Judith because I live too far away but I am so very grateful she was there at the beginning to treat and inspire me.
