Extremely pleased with the service and support i got from Gemma concerning my ear probelm. She listened to everything I said and was kind and gentle. She contacted my GP to ask that I be prescribed anti biotics when she discovered I had an ear infection and offered a follow up service for ear wax removal once the infection has gone. I really appreciate the service and advice I was given.

I've been really impressed with Diane who has successfully removed my earwax that had built up over the years. The wax in one ear was so bad that I was completely deaf in it for several days until Diane came to the rescue! She was very professional, efficient, friendly and caring.
