My weekend immediately brightened up by seeing the wonderful Nicola at Pedicare today. As always, an utterly professional clean and hygienic service from someone who genuinely cares about what they do. It’s a shame that Domino the lovely therapy dog wasn’t there today, but maybe next time. Well done Nicola, you run an excellent business.

Rather disappointing I’m afraid! I was made to wait for 20 minutes after my booked appointment time while the podiatrist chatted with another client. While being treated a gentleman, seemingly a staff member, walked around in the clinic with his large hairy but admittedly beautiful dog! Curtains were not closed, a tube of cream was retrieved from the floor and placed in a draw of the treatment trolly without being cleaned. The podiatrist wore fresh sterile gloves but had not changed her apron after the previous client. I will not be returning.
