Terrible practice you have to fight to get the treatment you need a year and half I have been fighting for an allergy test still haven't got one and no idea what I am allergic to I have now lost my job due to my allergies.

No online appointments as it has been scrapped it is 2024 and you still have to ring for an appointment.

The receptionists are like door men and have the MY DOCTOR attitude they want to know all your problems in front of other patients to make the decision if you should see a doctor or not well here's the idea give me an appointment to see MY trained doctor and he will make the decision if I need the treatment or not you keep to taking names and making appointments as your job entails

Phone for an appointment is a joke I called was on the phone waiting for it to be answered for half an hour I drove from en (still not n the phone) stood in reception phone in hand and there all gabbing and chatting not one person answered the phone AND I WAS STOOD THERE !!!! I am not transferring to another practice I urge you to do the same.

Monday 23rd of April I rang the surgery 84 times between 8 - 8.30 it was engaged. When it did ring no one picked it up. At 8.30 they picked up but nothing left . She told me her arm ached from picking up the phone. Yet when it rang for me she didn't pick up. When she did, it had been ringing for ages.
They are useless. Told me to ring iheart if I need to see a gp

Their ability to run the reception. Is a joke. They send prescriptions to a different surgery. They get the surgery"'s you're attending wrong.
They couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery.
I can't remember all the cock ups.
If you want to see a gp. I suggest another surgery.

Staff are rude.can never get appointment even for a 6 year old.taken me 8 times for them to answer me.ever busy or hangup on me. Worst surgery i have been with.i got sick partner and 6 year old and can't get appointment for ever

Staff are rude. Doctor refuses medication until review and had appointment and a nurse cancelled it so partner was left with no inhaler.worst doctor surgery around.

Efficient and supportive practice. I have had an excellent patient experience on each occasion I have needed to use this surgery and the Shafton surgery also .

Absolutely hopeless, been booked in for flu jab three times and cancelled every time,one as we were going into surgery.Gone downhill rapidly on last 12 months.
