My grandad is currently here and he absolutely loves it and has come on leaps and bounds in such a short period of time, staff are friendly polite and spend time speaking to you about what your relatives been up to and answer any questions you have, it’s very clean and spacious and they do fun activities with the residents not to mention the meals they get wow they are definitely fed well that’s for sure they are happy to help with anything, if I could rate it more stars I would! X

After a year, Mappleton Court fiinally replied to my review. Complete rubbish it was too!
They claim we didn't report any of the issues mentioned, when in fact we did, on so many occasions that they cut off all communication.
Gitmo, or a Russian gulag are 5star resorts in comparison to this place.
We moved our Nan of our own volition, over fears for her safety. They did nothing to help.
I cannot recommend strongly enough that you avoid this place like the plague.

If you care about your family - please avoid this place!! They are there just to rip you off but they won’t look after your family! It’s absolutely shocking. Since my auntie went there all she has received was bruises all over her body and even a black eye! Stupid excuses as to what happened and a FRACTURED BONE on top of it!!! I think all they do is abusing people not looking after them so please avoid it at all cost!

Terrible place. My Nan stayed there.
Her clothes went missing, and she was often dressed in someone else's clothes.
They lost her teeth, and so we"ve moved Nan to a new home.
They now won't talk to us,and we're left with the problem of getting new teeth.

The care home is lovely and the staff here are fantastic , my grandad was on end of life care and the staff went above and beyond for my grandad , even the girls that wasnt on the unit my grandad was on ,they were all very supportive . Would highly recomend this care home , very clean and tidy .
