Had my first 1/2 hour session with Lenny at the weekend prior to doing a long training run for the London Marathon. After the massage I felt flexible and light on my feet. The following day I ran an amazing 19 miles. No aches or pains at all during or after the run, I could have carried on all day . I list Lenny’s massage as one of the reasons I got through that in good shape. I’ve signed up for a further 5 sessions and no doubt will come back for more in the run up to London in April. I have had so many back and sciatic problems in the past 5 years therefore I have visited a good few physiotherapists, osteopaths, and chiropractors. I cycle, run and swim weekly, so this appointment was much needed.
I have not had results like I had today at Obtainable Fitness.
The whole experience was one I can only hugely recommend to anyone. I felt very comfortable throughout and the treatment was delivered confidently.
I would 100% recommend Obtainable Fitness. I left the practice feeling free of any stiffness, and far more at ease with more flexibility and range of movement.

Great sports massage! Always leave feeling better than I did when I came in! Lenny is welcoming and friendly, and incredibly good at what he does. Playing a lot of football, I often feel tight and sore, but Lenny always targets the correct muscles and relieves a lot of built up muscle tension, providing and instant release, but he always provides advice to how to improve muscle tightness and flexibility!

I recently tried a sports massage, and it was amazing! Lenny the therapist was incredibly skilled, targeting all the right areas and relieving tension I didn’t even realize I had. I felt so much more relaxed and energized afterward. It definitely helped with muscle recovery, and my range of motion has improved. What can I say. After speaking to Lenny and explaining my training regime, Lenny not only understood my issues, he was also able to relate to them. This made my first sports massage worth every penny. I went in feeling very tight and sore in my back and shoulders and after an hours treatment, I came out feeling 10 years younger! I had improved mobility and the majority of the discomfort I was feeling had subsided. Lenny greeted me with a warm welcome and began an hour long session to look at my back and legs. They’ve been sore and tight from work, some thing that has built up over the past couple of years. Lenny was able to quickly release the tension and open up my back more than ever!
It looks like I’ve just found my new physio as I felt lighter and more supple as soon as the session was over. I’ve seen a massive improvement in my mobility since the treatment and will be booking more sessions!
