Extremely poor care; staff neither knowledgeable nor capable of providing simple services. Just go to urgent care, I have been here 4 times, and every time I ended up having to go to urgent care anyway to fix what they'd done. They do not listen, they have horrible bedside manner, and it appears I am not the only person who thinks so, judging by other reviews. From top to bottom, their staff is a harm to the community rather than a help; Especially the nurse practitioner and psychiatrist. If any of us had lawyers, they would have been sued a long time ago.

This past week was my first time here, and I had such a positive experience. The front desk ladies were incredibly nice, along with all the nurses and Dr. Barton Nelson. She was so sweet and professional! Definitely going to keep coming here for all my medical needs!

2 of the staff members are incredibly rude and incompetent and unprofessional hanging up on me and acting classless. There is only 1 personel there that knows what she is doing and is nice. If you need stuff faxed over good luck you have a better chance of picking it up yourself. The doctors hear are great you just have to sift through the rude people at the front desk. They apparently hate there jobs and there behavior shows it. I have been going to the student health ever since I started Twu and haven't had a problem up to this point. I am finding a way to form a complaint against there customer service responses. I guess its hard to find good help these days.

My first time coming to the health services was yesterday, because my doctors office is usually booked up. I made an appointment online Sunday, which was soo much easier then calling. I signed in on a computer which had formulated questions about my ailment. The questions allowed me to not have to talk so much about all my symptoms to the doctors and nurses. I got my vitals checked by the sweetest women, which I wish I remembered her name; I had to look up the doctors name. Then I saw doctor Natalizio who was super nice and made sure all my questions where answered. He also checked all my vitals and made me feel cared for, which most doctors don't show that they care anymore, so it was refreshing. I recommend that you see him!? The prescriptions got sent to my pharmacy and I'm on my way to feeling better. The cost is cheaper then what I pay for my insurance when I've met my deductible. You don't need the TWU insurance to go, because I didn't have that.

my only experience with them is through getting the covid-19 vaccine. they are extremely efficient and kind. you are in and out in less than 20 minutes, most of which is just the 15 minutes of observation after being given the vaccine. they are seeing a crazy amount of people for the vaccines but the team is always upbeat and friendly.
if this is any relection of how they normally operate i would say they are oustanding!
