As a family we have been registered with Arden Medical Centre since it was founded in 1999. The Doctors may have changed but the service given is has remained of the highest standard. Without doubt AMC is the best surgery in the area by a long long way. A fantastic team of caring professionals and staff giving a wonderful service to a community.

I am so lucky to be in this doctors surgery,the receptionists are friendly and caring the doctors are great I saw a lady doc yesterday called Dr Akaniyene isung yesterday what a lovely lady I highly recommend this practice please don’t change a thing and don’t tell anyone it’s our secret doctors who are brilliant thank you so much Arden medical centre you are doing a fabulous job please don’t ever join GPS doctors.

Top class service from everyone: from receptionists to doctors. Emergency same day appts always available, caring and knowledgeable doctors. The best practice we have ever been at. Would highly recommend to everyone. Well done Dr Ullah!

I have always had exceptional service from Arden Medical Centre. Even throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, I have been able to speak to my GP when needed, have blood tests as required, and they even diagnosed a painful skin condition remotely which allowed me to access treatment. The staff are wonderful and friendly. The doctors and nurses give patients all the time they need - I have never felt rushed. I hope it remains as it is - independent and providing consistent, gold-standard care in the community.

This is a fantastic surgery. Unlike others that have formed "partnerships" with other surgeries, this one remains independant. It has a family feel. The Drs are fantastic and receptionists polite and helpful. I have never had trouble getting through or making an appointment. I hope that they remain a stand alone service
