If there was a Zero I would put a zero - reasons
- almost impossible to get an appointment.
- Does the service (Dr Bhandal) really believe that by calling people who pick up the phone ( when you eventually get through) “care navigators” improves the services? All they do is say how they cannot give an appointment. Call them “telephone receptionist” as this is what they are!
- The surgery is happy to send you texts for various vaccinations they offer because this will generate extra income but does not provide basic service. Vaccinations can be obtained from pharmacies so use those.

Can never ever get an appointment and even when they answer they make you explain everything in detail to say sorry can’t help you!! Ridiculous, if I ever manage to get an appointment it’s the quick in and out surely what are the doctors doing all day?

The worst call handling service ever!! Poorly trained staff with no manners, care or help. Tried 3 days for a doctors appointment to be told every day try tomorrow. Then I was told go on line to Solihull health partnership and book an e-consult , great but can’t see how you do this and it says it’s not for anything bar colds! The last day I explained my UTI is getting worse and was told if you can’t get an appointment just go to A&E! Awful service, worth moving house to avoid this badly managed service!! I paid the Buzz doctor in the end and treated same day with amazing service!!

It's impossible to get through to the receptionist to even book an appointment! I have been trying since 8am to making an appointment for my unwell baby and still at half 9 they are at capacity on the telephone that I can't even join the queue to wait to speak to someone! I think it is horrendous they do not have a separate option to state that you are calling for a child under 5. When you walk into a surgery to try and make an appointment the staff are disgustingly rude! Solihull health partnership seriously needs to go under inspection. It is massively failing.

Had three days of visits to the SHP, at the Jacey Practice, plus Grove Road, & Blossomfields Road, all were excellent, polite, plus checked me, and cover whatever treatment required, well done, very grateful ?

Awful experience! I ordered a repeat prescription on the NHS app, heard nothing for a month so I called up for an update. I was told my prescription was at the pharmacy, only to get to the pharmacy and get told the prescription was discontinued. I then called up to book an appointment to get alternative medication. At my appointment the doctor inferred there was never a stock issue. The doctor also made me feel like I wasted her time and implied that I should have seen a nurse instead. I came out the appointment feeling frustrated at how condescending and dismissive the doctor was. This is not my first bad experience with SHP.
