Absolutely dangerous attitude. If you complain you get removed. To be removed you have to have a written warning and then a removal letter sent by 1st class post. We got a letter sent by 2nd class post, but no written warning, following a complaint about management, and were removed the same day. As we are both on life saving medication we are at serious risk of life changing consequences.. The owner couldn’t care less. All this can be proven. If you look at the owners feedback from their practice in Slough, this is how they treat many of their patients. The only way to protect yourself is to record every appointment and conversation. This is not defamation as it is true and can be proven and is also in the public interest.

Disgusting surgery call about a chest infection, to which I get told no appointments and they had only been opened for 20 minutes. Then told I need to go somewhere else which I said I can't get there as I don't drive and no one can take me. Basically told well if you can't get there then I can't do anything. Literally only needed medication to be given to me that was all.
Useless surgery how about you actually get doctors so you can actually treat your patients.
Will be putting in an official complaint as this is a joke now. Use to defend this doctor's but no longer.

Call at 8am to be 30 places in the queue to finally get to the front after an hour wait and not get an appointment. Basic needs can not be for filled when attending this surgery, regardless if it’s for an adult or child.

The reception team are excellent They are friendly, polite and want to help. They do not make me feel I an wasting their time and resources and being a nuisance patient. They are Carol, Ripal, Bev, Amanda and the new girl (apologies for not having your name in my head).

Impossible to get through to the correct person on the phone.

25 minutes on hold calling the referral line with no answer.

Call the main number, 20 minutes on hold.

Call centre tries to put you through and it rings and rings and then cuts off.

Back to the call centre again for another 20 minute wait.

Transfer again, rings and rings and then cuts off.

Back to the call centre again, 20 minute wait.

Call centre advice is to go to the surgery?!

I can’t do that, I need to speak to the person I’ve been told to ring.

This is so poor

I've been a patient here most of my life and have unfortunately had to use them a lot. They have had their problems, and still do. But... they always provide me with the care and attention that I need. They always manage to get me an appointment when I really need one and the doctors and nurses are lovely. Yes, it isn't easy or quick to get through to talk to someone on the phone, but tell me a doctors surgery at the moment that is! I always try to be kind to them, even when things are slow, but they do always get things done. They are in desperate need of more staff, hopefully that will happen soon.

Absolutely despicable! Don't even bother trying to call for an appointment. You have to personally go there to get one. Not very convenient for those who have to go work and no time to go. What are your phones for?!! My husband has been waiting for a call from the doctor for long time! Probably can't blame the doctors, it's the incompetent receptionists (especially the elderly one) surprised she hasn't been sacked yet! She was extremely rude to my husband. She lacks patient care and just fobs you off saying they are busy with only 2 people working. Excuse me, 2 people is sufficient enough to work at reception. We are registering for another medical centre. It is a good thing we are not in serious condition that needs to be seen immediately but however our family has a condition that makes our day to day life uncomfortable, and not able to get a appointment is just prolonging the condition.
