WORST GP practice I've ever been to, was glad to move GP when I moved home. Reception staff are just incredibly rude and don't know how to deal with or treat people with mental health disabilities and the GPs are the same. Practice manager never does anything about complaints either and just deflects or makes excuses for their staff to make you feel like you're crazy

Usually they are very good but I have been rather unwell the past week and have been trying to get an appointment since Friday 8am to today at 8am and always get told everything has gone try again at 8 in the morning...absolutely appalling! It feels like I have to physically collapse to get seen to. I feel sorry for many other people who have a serious illness. Also a receptionist called Carol seems to have a serious attitude problem and talks over the top of you.

receptionists work for a penalty, not nice, I called for a prescription - it was not issued. After the last conversation with Manager - she said you can change it if you don't like it. This clinic is not friendly to foreigners. I've never had a problem with doctors. I feel racism.

Hetton Group Practice have been fantastic that my wife and I have received every time we have had to contact the surgery
The support and help off Lynzie Middleton the Nurse / Pharmacist and the team has been first class

Working in a large office I hear others tales about their GP's and it makes me all the more appreciative of our medical centre. I do have some medical concerns and have always been able to get an appointment on the day when it's actually urgent. I don't expect it on the day otherwise. I have always found that everyone is very helpful, the team at reception do an amazing job, then there's the nurses and the GP's all of whom are great at their job. At these very difficult times their service to the community is fantastic. Thank you so much.

I have just moved to the area and transferred doctors. I had my bloods done here yesterday and I was seen to very quickly and the nurse was so lovely, bubbly and accommodating. Such a lovely experience compared to my previous doctors

The doctors don’t care. I spoke to a dr Johnson or a name similar. I was never allowed to speak to that doctor again even thohgh I requested I do so. I was discharged from CABI. (Community acute brain service) they wer sending a letter to back this. However when I rang th gp surgery and spoke to the doctor via telephone. He called me a liar. I don’t believe you. No phycolisist or anyone would tell you that and say they aren’t working with you because ure tired. So the Nxt day the cabis teams letter arrived at surgery. Telephone appointment was booked and hey Preston, it was the same foreign doc that called me a liar the day befor. Stood with egg on his face. Since then I’ve been prejudiced against at hetton group as I was never seen by my original doctor and was denied the chance to do so
