After my district nurse spent 30 minutes on their phone lines, she gave up.
I travelled 5 miles to get a result - last night, there was no one there who could help, and it was suggested that I call back in the morning. I pointed out the district nurses futile results, the receptionist was going to get a manager to call me back today - late morning; after lunch time - this did not happen.

I have now spent another 30 minutes waiting on the phone - no one is picking the phone up!!

I am running out of options.

Think they need to hire more staff who are capable of working with patients.

Shambles. No accountability. 4 phone calls and 5 weeks after requesting a private referral. Nothing. If it's a Covid vaccination you are after - excellent. If you have a different issue - forget it.

Soooo bad they have missed my prescription 3 months in a row by one of two days and the meds I’m on make me very sick if I suddenly stop taking them! If I could change doctors I would but I don’t have access to anywhere else. Stuck with this shambles

Receptionist called Sarah extremely rude and disrespectful. Also caught out giving me incorrect information about my condition twice! (thankfully I knew what needed to be done or my illness would of gotten worse)

Almost impossible to get a routine appointment . It is inappropriate for the receptionist to have to ask for so much detail before you can even be CONSIDERED for an appointment. Very frustrating.

Very good service if you cooperate with the staff. Was seen by a GP within three days of registering and offered a follow up appointment three days after that.
