Horsmans Place Surgery have been my doctor's since I was a child and to be honest it did used to be very hard to get appointments, receptionists rude mannered etc but since Covid I have always got through quite quickly on the phone. The receptionist have been super helpful and friendly and if I can't get an appointment they make a telephone appointments for the same day even if its not with my doctor (which is fine with me). I have received regular check ups since I was over 50 which I have found helpful i.e. blood pressure, cholesterol, etc etc. So thank you Horsmans Place Surgery - hope it continues!!

Booked for the first appointment of the day, had to wait an hour to be called in to be seen. What’s the point of the appointment at that rate?

Do an e-consult, had no response. Chased and they told me they tried to call me, I had no voicemail to indicate there was even a missed call.

Ask for a referral, takes weeks for it to be done because “there’s a process”. Waiting for a prescription, currently been 3 weeks because a member of staff is off and there’s a “process” but when chased, it’s not even been actioned.

Just fed up, there is no empathy and no actual help. I just feel bad for those who have significant needs who also have to put up with this and have no option. Will be leaving this service in the near future.

As a current Patient of nearly 10yrs with the Surgery with Multiple Chronic Health Conditions I honestly have nothing bad to say about this Doctors Surgery in comparison to other local surgeries. Yes it's true they do get extremely busy which is understandable considering the number of patients they treat exactly the same as other Doctors surgeries but the Reception / Office Staff, Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Doctors in my opinion go above and beyond to help you at Horsmans Place and I intend on keeping them as my preferred Doctors for me, my Wife and Children for many years to come.

I had read bad reviews of this clinic but as you dont get to choose when your GP sends you for a scan I got one there for 10.30 on the day. They contacted me 24hrs before to remind me to attend and rang to remind about not eating. At 08.30 on the day they contacted me to notify me my appointmentt had been cancelled. I will not be returning.

Absolutely useless. Every month I request a repeat prescription for anticoagulants I need to take daily as a result of having atrial fibrillation, and every month without fail, I have to jump through hoops to get them to send the script to the chemist. I always have to phone, plead, argue that I have none and that they’re a necessity and I’m always told they’ll pass it through to the doctor…limbo land again!!

Drs Sujan and Manisha are 2 drs I've seen, they have a lot more respect and show of care than their legacy predecessors who have since retired. The receptionists aren't that bad either anymore.

Receptionists are awful. They don’t give you all of the information you need and they are clearly not as competent as they should be to work in a medical facility.

They are very rude and treat quiet people better than anyone else.

Contacted GP on advice of 111 with a complaint of spontaneous non injury swelling of my wrist and fingers. Without actually speaking to me Dr Rani sent a message that i should go to ED. How many campaigns have i seen that ED is for life threatening conditions - bog the hospital down because can’t be bothered even to triage appropriately. No wonder this practice has such a poor reputation!
