I just completed the 21 day challenge and loved it! The recipe suggestions were really helpful, with lots of variety, and I enjoyed the workouts. I really did get results losing inches and pounds in just 3 weeks and I felt great for it. I am already booked onto the next challenge. Highly recommend Up and Outdoor fitness!

I joined up and outdoor fitness nearly 3 years ago .I love the outside exercise classes you can breath.Its a lovely friendly group of all ages and fitness levels.Exercise changes everyday and is never boring.Paul runs a 21day challenge ,which is an eating and exercise plan that works! I have lost weight and have found a level to suit me.
My only regret is not joining years ago.
Paul is so informative and passionate about heath and fitness, approachable and helpful. You won't regret it!

Did Paul’s 21 days challenge. Followed his instructions for eating and exercising in full without cheating. Food plan is reasonable and following it did not feel hungry. Exercises is just 10 minutes a day so very easy to slip in your day with easier and more advanced options. I did before my dinner. Overall happy with the results lost 22cm off my body and would recommend. The only negative point for me personally was the release of the meal plans, that put a lot of pressure on myself as not a good cook and need to plan weekly with firmly knowing what i am going to eat, otherwise probe to create food waste.

I have just completed my 4th Up and Outdoor Fitness challenge with Paul Snowsell. Each time, I have been able to improve on my previous results and have now lost a total of 12ins and 17lbs which I am extremely happy about. Its a tough challenge, but easy to follow with a dedicated exercise routine each morning and daily eating plan. The motivation given by Paul and the members of the group is amazing. I would highly recommend anyone to give it a go, you won't regret it.

I joined Paul's Bootcamp classes last August and I have never looked back, it is the first fitness class I have actually stuck to and enjoy going to!
The sessions are great, they are fun as well as challenging and Paul gives options for different levels depending on your ability. The people who attend the sessions are all so lovely and the environment is brilliant, especially if you're just getting back into fitness like I was!

I have also just completed my first 21 day challenge and I am so pleased with my results. My body shape has completely changed and my whole attitude towards nutrition has improved, along with my knowledge.

I would recommend Up & Outdoor Fitness anytime!!

Paul is a great PT. Knowledgeable and encouraging. I have regularly done the 21 & 14 day plans and incorporate them into my fitness schedule as ‘reboots’ but also (along with my family) see Paul weekly for PT - he’s the best!

I have seen great results with the 14 day challenge followed by the 21 day challenge a few months later. In total I have lost 32.5 cms, am feeling much healthier and am making better food choices. The plans are so easy to follow and for me it is the first thing I have tried in years that has actually worked. Thanks so much Paul!

Fantastic bootcamp! Paul is a great fitness instructor offering encouragement and easy to follow programmes and advice that really work. Just completed the 21 day drop a jean size challenge and lost 10lbs which I am really pleased with. The bootcamp is a fun and social experience suitable for a range of abilities and ages! Highly recommended!
