Went here couple of times to see a physiotherapist. The staff are extremely friendly. The parking however is very limited. Cycled once there and drove once. Expect to not find a car parking spot. A bit confusing within the site to find the right place as the directions are not easily laid out.

Ronn excellent, Cassie pleasant but useless at taking bloods. Refers everyone to Wonford so suggest you go to Wonford in the first place!

I have recently had to contact the community nurses for my father (91) who has had to have a catheter fitted & is finding it stressful & hard to deal with they have been brilliant in coming out to visit him & helping him can't speak highly enough of the care that's been given this is all new to us & a bit confusing nothing is too much trouble what would we do without this service thank you for your care & patience.

Only rang to get the phone number for the district nurses who deal with catheters.
I am a patient there.
My partner rang while we were in the car, asking for the number on not hearing the whole number asked if she could give her the number again Please. The receptionist said" I've already given it to you"
Shocked my partner asked the receptionist name the receptionist refused to give it and hung up.
My partner tried to ring back but her call was ignored so I used my phone to ring and it was answered immediately.
Same receptionist so my partner asked her who was her manager to make a complaint to the receptionist was very argumentive refused to tell us so we drove up to budlake as I needed equipment and advice for my catheter.
On arriving the same receptionist was again rude hostile and condescending.
My partner spoke to a nurse for help about my catheter the receptionist left her desk came out the door behind my partner saying no he doesn't she just wants to complain about me.
Who does she think she is deciding if I need to be seen by a nurse or not?
I was seen by a nurse who provided the needed equipment and advice needed.
Yes we do intend to make a complaint through pals.
Was repeating a number such a big deal for a receptionist who works and gets paid by the NHS.
We were not rude or loud all we asked for was a number and as a patient and normal nice people deserve to be treated with respect by the receptionist or any body who works for the NHS.
As a cancer patient I can honestly say I have never experienced such a bad attitude by any one I've had dealings with in the NHS and over the last few years I've had contact with quite a few!
We were left distraught and shocked about the way we were treated.
If I didn't need to go there I wouldn't again.
Feeling like I was discrimated against by a employee of the NHS who are meant to be there to help and support patients.
I just hope the receptionist doesn't block some one else in a emergency who wouldn't be able to attend in person to get the medical attention they need.

Limited parking. Lots of small buildings. Once you find the right one you're OK.
Staff always do their best but it's NHS not private so understaffed and underpaid. They would appreciate a box of chocolates or biscuits
