Ocean have really stepped up their game, and have been fantastic to work with. I’ve had no issues with booking staff and have had amazing staff who understand their responsibilities and carry these out.

I’ve been liaising with Charlotte Marshall in Exeter, who has from the start has always been so unbelievably diligent, helpful and prompt. It has been effortless to book cover and emergency cover in times of great stress with great flexibility as well as meeting special requirements. My gratitude could not be overstated!

It's been 3 months that I have been working with Ocean and I feel already part of the team/family. They respected me from the beginning and especially my booking coordinator, Katie, has been very helpful and always trying to get me shifts that suit me best. I have worked with other agencies as well but Ocean made the difference! Their app is really easy to use and their rates are very competitive. I hope all the agencies would be like Ocean. It’s an awesome agency to work with , you meet friendly and loving managers who are ready to listen to your concerns and they got a lot of shift for you and it’s flexible to work with them cos you choose as and when you want to work depending on your availability and they aren’t bias when it comes to work , it’s always first come , first serve and love working with them . I mean it the best so far .

Having been a member of Ocean Healthcare I have found them to be nothing but supportive, approachable, respectful and have been outstandingly understanding that my work elsewhere during the pandemic meant that I have not been able to undertake as much work as I would have liked to.
