Absolutely ridiculous service. Called at 8am and was on hold for a long time. At 8:20 I Decided to call again from another phone which told me I was number 3 on the waiting line. It is now 8:26, receptionist tells me they are fully booked. Explained how they have still got me on hold on another line. We patients are being played by staying on long hold and then be told there are no appointments available as shockingly they have all been booked! . Told Zainab the receptionist (who didn’t seem to be too helpful, kept over talking, and rudely putting me on hold several times, whilst I’m talking) that I’m still on hold, funnily the other call suddenly gets disconnected. Told her I’ve been to a pharmacy and they explained my child needs to be seen by a doctor! Still no remorse! Disappointed and disgusted. The only best thing about this medical service are the two doctors who are upholding this place, otherwise it’s a shambles. Receptionists have a I don’t give a damn attitude and booking appointments is like booking to see the prime minister! I’m sure even he doesn’t get booked up so quickly!!

I recently switched to this GP, and I can’t thank them enough for the care I received. In just three weeks, they accomplished what I couldn’t achieve with my previous practice. The staff is professional and incredibly respectful.

Health Nurse Parveen was lovely , she was very professional and explained each step in detail before the examination . She has a beautiful smile making you feel at ease .

Called to GP to get appointment for the neck pain . Rang GP at exactly 8.00am . When it was 8.25 call was answered . Unable to get appointment for today they asked me to call in tommorrow. It's annoying they want me to be in pain until tommorrow.

My names rasheed and I'm just writing this to show my gratitude towards Alfie and Michael who work as receptionist at the fallowfield medical centre. They genuinly have gone above and beyond with the jobs that they do and I can genuinly say they are the best receptionist in the UK. Ive never had an issue with them as I've heard family members complain about the practices of thier own doctor surgeries. These guys are phenomenal and they deserve every bit of recognition due to thier hard work and resilience. Thankyou Guys

I spoke to Nimra today who answered the phone swiftly which is highly unexpected with a GP practice in general. She was quick smooth energetic and bubbly. I can definitly say she eased my anxiety and made me feel better about myself as im in a very low state but she had uplifted it. This GP surgery is one of a kind and shes the reason for it.

They have changed the practice around, more appointments, trained receptionist (not rude anymore) and Dr Shah is a very good, attentive doctor.
Alfie at the reception went out of his way to assist me with my daughter’s medication. He called me back kept me updated. Honestly so happy with the service he provided.

I would give 0 stars if i could! Worst doctors ever do not go here! Kicked me out without informing me because I'd not had a doctors appointment for over a year and my doctor apparently didn't have a good enough relationship with me. (Even tho ive never seen the same doctor within the 5 years i have been here) RIDICULOUS! & its impossible to get an appappointment
You never get any results back, had a smear test 2 years ago and never received results they were lost
Staff are extremely rude answer the phone with a very rude and blunt "hello" not even explaining who they are so you start to question if you have rang the right number. Very unprofessional! Receptionist get very aggressive, snappy and shout over the phone making you not want to go into the surgery. I will not be attending here again the place needs shutting down, if you want to keep your health swerve this place at all costs!
