Your carers are not doing very good job they are not doing they job they only stay for 30 mins. Your carers are coming in late and I wont them there 8.20am because he got dementia.

I just wanted to thank all the carer's who looked after my father at the last stages of his life their were so caring and just being there to reassure him bringing a smile to his face. Management were there to offer support to me and my brother in a difficult time as we could not be there with my father as we were both isolating . Thank you all for being so caring and just being there for my Father .

This company can't not organise there staff leaving people who they are meant to be visiting without any care on many occasions. My neighbours mental health has deteriorated since this company has been caring for her. I'm truly disgusted that the kcc use this company.

in my life , i have never seen this type of crazy company before. They refused to pay after doing long hours for them , they never have a good rotta for their staff,before sending them to client.Rubbish company.

Very poor company

Dose not provide the care they say they will we have 4 calls a day and one day they did not show up at all and didn't even phone to let us know so my great grandmother has been left in bed all day long and not fed at all since the previous evening

As a carer myself was not very impressed with this company today a carer turned up with no uniform on did not seem to knowa she was supposed to be doing when I asked her was not impressed when I asked her to change the bed sheets as the client had wet bed also told her that client had left wet clothes in bath that she took off when she soiled herself she never removed them and left the call.
