The 5 star reviews are staff members.. don't be fooled. MARIA WEDD being general manager.

I'm the ex Head Chef and I can honestly say I would never dream of putting a loved one in there. Some genuine lovely members of staff however certain others should find another profession as clearly don't give a .... General manager tells you what you want to hear yet offers no support and fobs you off when you point out mistakes.. watching residents being yanked by arms and man handled from areas they shouldn't be staff that never turn up or when they do barely do anything and blame it on mental health. A sous chef who can't make fresh from scratch but final nail in coffin for me was no support and lack of responsibility from senior staff that was it for me I wanted to say something but would be brushed under carpet. Security access doors being broken and not repaired for weeks on end staff stealing food from store rooms and kitchen equipment which is a cross contamination issue. (So much for the infection control they make you train online) not very secure (residents escaped before). It's a joke.

Had a resident wanting to go out but was told no. He broke a window in main foyer this was left for weeks too (HAZARDOUS)

Much better places to send loved ones specially if your paying for care because they won't get care here. Oh and the 5 star reviews are all staff members too ?.

Also beware future employees as they don't send Payslips or Your P45. didn't get my final 2 months payslips and also never sent any P45..
If they can they'll Rob you aswell as residents!

I visited here 20/10/2023 and I wouldn't dream of sending my loved ones here if the "Managerette" is anything to go by. I've never met a more rude and disgusting carer in my life! God only knows how she treats the Residents! She needs to be fired and persue a career that isn't customer facing. Absolute disgrace!
