Absolute worst surgery ever. You never can get appointment. You call exactly at 8 am. Everything is booked. I've been having whooping cough and a chest pain for almost a week spitting out flem and blood and no help at all. Receptionist....holy cows sitting on their fat lazy 3 letters doing absolutely nothing. Rude and obnoxious.
Doctors there? Physio? Some uneducated joke of a man, asked me to do squats when I came to her with twisted knee, barely walking. Then printed out exercises from YouTube. Absolute joke..no wonder this country is going down so quick. Having such wonderful specialists and healthcare any country would sink. Keep doing great job Pilgrims! Death rate in Dartford will be higher and higher thanks to your immaculate service.

I’ve only been with the practice for a short while but my 1st experience was great speaking to a lovely receptionist who was very helpful, friendly and patient. Very knowledgeable and made my experience very positive. Thank you ☺️

Not sure why this doctors does not have 5 stars! The receptionists are always extremely helpful and friendly. The doctors are thorough. This is the best doctors I have been to.

I had a problem re ordering a prescription for my son and obtaining blood test forms
The receptionist, Ella , was so helpful and patient with me
She went out of her way and called me later through the day to reassure all was sorted

These guys have been responsible for my care for the last three years. I have to say they have been fantastic in all respects! I really do feel safe in their hands! Not so sure about their bosses in parliament! What’s to say The reception team are fantastic! Their job is to protect their doctors valuable time, which they do like tigers!! It’s a shame it has to be like this really it is!! But there are obviously big financial restraints involved which should not be there! There are a lot of people in the catchment area, and I think that sometimes people don’t realise this! We all hate to be sick and want to get sorted out quickly, but please do not be selfish and realise that other people could be sicker than you!! Myself, me and my elderly parents have had rolls Royce care!! I am very impressed!! Unfortunately due my fairly serious mental health issues and a diagnosis of prostate cancer, I been unfortunately a major drain on the nhs! I am very grateful! Where would I be without them? I think we all need to be grateful to these guys!! As a minimum they deserve our thanks, a card, and maybe a box of chocolates. They are doing a very hard job! With minimal resources! I have to say I am concerned that we might lose the nhs and private medicine moves in! I do t think anyone realises how scary that might be? You will to pay before the ambulance ride before you go to the hospital!! How scary is that we really do not want to go down the American route! So I would really suggest that people of darford cherish the nhs ! Look after them! My own doctors have all been fantastic! I feel 100 percent better when I walk in the door! I won’t embarrass them by naming them! But everyone that I seen has been fantastic! The support staff are also very good!! But have you ever noticed how fast they walk!! Not a second to spare!! There is no doubt that a lot more money needs to be put into dartford health!! Paradoxically you could argue that wealth inequality is worse than its ever been! Look at our prime minister? Do you think he waits weeks for a face to face with a doctor? Or gets up early too see a reception team and try and lay if on thick to see a doctor!! I read that mick jagged has a serious heart condition and has specialists ready at the concert just in case!! Do you think the at either mick or Keith might have a few shillings to help out dear old dartford! Their hometown!! Anyway, surprised if anyone is still reading!! Please value and respect this practice!! And do not ever get difficult with the receptionists!! You will come of worse!!😂🕉mark

been my surgery since i was a baby but has definitely gone downhill since covid… it’s impossible to get an appointment and blood tests can only be booked months in advance. i can’t even book dr appointments in advance, only the day of / before and by then, they are gone. on the other hand, dr adereti is the most incredible doctor ever. she is kind, compassionate and makes me feel so safe. she takes as long as you need to ensure you feel heard and your problem is resolved. i would trust this lady with my life and absolutely adore her. i truly can’t rave about her enough! thank you dr adereti ♥️

The reception team is horrible. Supervisor is unhelpful. Had very bad experience with them twice for last 2 weeks. One of receptionist sent me home with my newborn on his vaccination day because she didn't check dates properly. Another lady offered me date for vaccination on week 10 instead week 8 when it has to be done. And it's about baby's health!!!!

My partner and I have just joined the practice. We have been extremely impressed with the service we've received. Receptionists very helpful and friendly as are all the staff we have encountered. Special mention to Dr Adereti who was excellent.
